Workshops, Seminars and Symposia
The Visual Studies Initiative believes that great ideas can grow from an individual, to small working groups, to larger communities. Therefore, VSI provides funds to encourage workshops, seminars or symposia that foster dialogue around visual studies research, which may include issues such as connecting theory and practice, visual literacy, cultural influences of the visual to name a few.
